Integral corrosion-resistant base material: The components are integrally forged, cast, or CNC machined from a single corrosion-resistant metal or engineering plastic, eliminating the risk of coating peeling or lining bulging;

Application：

·  Rotating components (rotors, screws, impellers, and blades): coatings are prone to wear, and lining cannot be processed;

·  Clean process system (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food vacuum): Any debris from protective layers is prohibited from contaminating the medium;

·  Negative pressure equipment (vacuum pump): There is a risk of bulging and delamination in the lining;

·  Frequent start-stop operations and alternating hot and cold conditions: Temperature stress is highly prone to cause cracking in coatings and linings;

·  Once the medium penetrates the damaged area of the coating, pitting corrosion quickly occurs on the carbon steel substrate, making local failure unacceptable.
